Sociales y Humanidades y la Ciencia con y para la Sociedad). Aborda la creciente preocupaci\u00f3n en Europa sobre la capacidad de nuestras sociedades, empresas y trabajadores para responder al proceso de digitalizaci\u00f3n y al uso de nuevas formas de trabajo como el teletrabajo. Contribuye a este reto social a trav\u00e9s de una investigaci\u00f3n centrada en el problema cuyo objetivo es desarrollar y evaluar un programa de formaci\u00f3n basado en la web y en una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil para mejorar las competencias de liderazgo virtual. El objetivo final es la mejora del rendimiento y el bienestar de los teletrabajadores.Se estima que el teletrabajo aumentar\u00e1 en Europa en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os 3 o 4 veces m\u00e1s que antes de la pandemia Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Esta situaci\u00f3n desaf\u00eda la funci\u00f3n de liderazgo e insta al desarrollo de competencias adecuadas para enfrentarla. Diferentes informes se\u00f1alan la necesidad de mejorar las habilidades de digitalizaci\u00f3n y las interpersonales relacionadas. Esto permitir\u00e1 hacer nuestras sociedades m\u00e1s competitivas y mejorar la calidad de vida laboral. La investigaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala la existencia de una brecha digital de g\u00e9nero y efectos diferentes de la digitalizaci\u00f3n y el teletrabajo en mujeres y hombres. Todo ello requiere desarrollar intervenciones rentables y basadas en evidencia cient\u00edfica que promuevan las habilidades de liderazgo para el teletrabajo y contribuyan a la mejora del bienestar y el desempe\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s, es preciso abordar dichos desaf\u00edos desde una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto plantea un dise\u00f1o de investigaci\u00f3n con 2 grupos de intervenci\u00f3n y uno de control que permitir\u00e1 probar la eficacia de 2 tipos de formaci\u00f3n. El dise\u00f1o final se desarrollar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de un proceso participativo con diferentes partes interesadas y as\u00ed alcanzar mejor los desaf\u00edos sociales relacionados con el teletrabajo. La investigaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 en varias unidades de trabajo en las que el teletrabajo sea total o parcial (al menos 2 d\u00edas\/semana). Las intervenciones se basar\u00e1n en teor\u00edas s\u00f3lidas sobre el desarrollo del liderazgo, la psicolog\u00eda de la salud ocupacional y el dise\u00f1o de formaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de web y se centrar\u00e1n en 5 competencias para el teletrabajo: comunicaci\u00f3n y retroalimentaci\u00f3n, planificaci\u00f3n y negociaci\u00f3n, autonom\u00eda, diversidad, y manejo del estr\u00e9s. La formaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de 5 m\u00f3dulos de hora y media. Desarrollaremos una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil para mejorar la transferencia de las competencias a la situaci\u00f3n laboral. Adoptaremos una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en el estudio del liderazgo y el teletrabajo en diferentes aspectos: desarrollo de preguntas de investigaci\u00f3n,formulaci\u00f3n de hip\u00f3tesis, inclusi\u00f3n de actores relevantes en el dise\u00f1o, implementaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n. Finalmente, usaremos m\u00e9todos mixtos para evaluar la intervenci\u00f3n: cuestionarios antes y despu\u00e9s de la intervenci\u00f3n (antes, 2 semanas despu\u00e9s de la intervenci\u00f3n y 3 meses despu\u00e9s de la intervenci\u00f3n); entrevistas durante la fase de estudio piloto para evaluar el proceso de implementaci\u00f3n. Los Resultados contribuir\u00e1n a mejorar el bienestar y el desempe\u00f1o de los teletrabajadores a trav\u00e9s del desarrollo de formaci\u00f3n basada en evidencia para desarrollar habilidades de liderazgo para el teletrabajo.
